System features

The biggest advantage of Verticale is the filling arrangement, which is unusual for this type of construction. Wide profiles 80/20/1.2 were turned with the wider side inwards and the narrower side (20 mm) towards the street. This made the Verticale construction seemingly light, simple and classic. However, the wide profile does not disappear completely and makes itself felt when the fence is observed from the right angle.

There are as many as 3 variants of Vertiacle spans, marked VERTICALE A, VERTICALE B and VERTICALE C respectively. The same infill is used in each variant. However, there is a difference in the method of assembly and construction of the span. It is possible to use the VERTICALE B and VERTICALE C spans together with the elements of the fence based on the Verticale A construction. This allows you to create a very innovative and interesting fencing arrangement, in which the spans of a seemingly different structure perfectly correspond with the gate or wicket.

Safety and maintenance

Konsport fences undergo a series of tests, certifications and approvals. The production process of metal fences is confirmed by independent ISO 9001 auditors. Welding standards characterizing products of this type guarantee long-term durability of metal connections and welds. The obtained certificates confirm the durability of the products and resistance to weather conditions for many years. The process of welding and corrosion resistance of metal parts is related to the painting process. An independent research institute confirms the durability of paint coatings in terms of the thickness of the paint coating and primers used to protect critical structural elements. Cyclical tests of selected product samples and metal details are also carried out in special salt chambers. These tests confirm the durability of paint coatings against harmful weather conditions.

Technical details

The structure of the gate and wicket is based on a frame made of a metal profile with a cross-section of 60/80/2 mm. The filling is made of the 80/20/1.2 profiles, spaced close to 80mm. In the construction of gates, wickets and the Verticale A span, a horizontal metal profile with a cross-section of 40/30/3 mm is used as filling.

The span in VERTICALE A is mounted to steel posts using mounting brackets. Each span has factory-prepared holes for assembly. It is also possible to install the span in VERTICALE A to structures made of blocks, split stones or other masonry solutions thanks to the possibility of use glued mounting bracket.

In the structure of the VERTICALE B and VERTICALE C spans, the infill profiles are mounted at the bottom to a special mounting channel. The C-profile can be dug into the ground, covered with decorative stones or can be fully exposed. Special mounting bases available in the set are used to install the span to the C-profile.

In the Verticale B span, an additional 87/60/3 mm U-section is used on top of the infill profiles along the entire length of the structure.

In the Verticale C span, all infill profiles in the upper part have a small hole through which a threaded rod is led in a frame made of an aluminum tube with a diameter of 8 mm. The rod stabilizes the structure of the span, preventing the infill profiles from deviating to the sides.

Verticale A is also available with a system of folding gates in a single leaf gate and standard swing gate.

VERTICALE A

System description

A classic span with two horizontal profiles. In the construction of the self-supporting gate, swing gate, folding gate and the wicket, the same arrangement of filling profiles and horizontal crossbars are used.

Characteristics:

Filling from profiles: 80/20/1.2 mm.
Fill spacing: 80 mm.
Horizontal profiles: 40/30/3.
Maximum span width: 2700 mm.
Possibility of mounting to steel posts using mounting brackets
Possibility of mounting to concrete structures and fencing blocks using glued mounting brackets.

VERTCALE B

System description

A modern span in which the profiles are factory-mounted to a special U-profile. The upper edge of the span was crowned with a 100/20 mm section designed to stabilize the structure.

Characteristics:

Filling in the form of 80/20 mm sections.
Facing the street with the thinner edge of the profile.
Width (mm): 1000 / 2000.
Height (mm): 1520, 1750, 1850, 2020.

VERTICALE C

System description

A modern span in which the profiles are factory-mounted to a special U-profile. In the upper part of the span, a special stabilizing bar was placed between the infill profiles. The rod is hidden in an elegant aluminum housing and is designed to stabilize the structure. It also prevents deflection of infill profiles.

Characteristics:

Filling in the form of 80/20 mm sections.
Facing the street with the thinner edge of the profile.
Width (mm): 2000.
Height (mm): 1520, 1750, 1850, 2020.

Foundation for spans

Use the block system as a foundation for spans mounted on steel columns. For the foundation block, there are covers for steel posts with a section of 60x40, 80x60 and 80x80.

Alternative top guide

It enables you not to use guiding posts. The top guide can be attached either to the wall or to posts of the minimum diameter of 100x100mm. The alternative top guide is unavailable for the following models of palisade fences (PS001, PS002, PS003) and light palisades (PP001 N, W, C, CC, Verticale).

Bracket for the automatic drive

An accessory designed for light palisades from Konsport. It allows for attachment of the gate automation kits’ arms to the gate leaves. The construction ensures a variety of possibilities to adjust the bracket placement in order to achieve the most efficient work of the gate automation kits’ arms.

Cover plate for swing gates

An additional solution that covers the clearance between the swing gate leaves. The massive construction of the plate covers the whole clearance, thus ensuring more privacy. In addition, it improves the visual appearance of the fence, especially in the case of the models of compact and closed construction.

EQ post

There are 11 configuration options to make your daily routines easier. Open the wicket and / or the gate with a mobile application (Android/iOS), select options with a digital code lock or a biometric lock. Also, do not forget about extras: an impressive laser-cut property number with a backlight, LED lamp and electric socket.

Folding gate mechanism

Have you got too little space to open a conventional swing gate? Choose a folding gate. It will be an ideal solution whenever there is not enough space between the entrance and the building, the driveway is too steep or there is a turn right behind the gate.

Foundations
