The PP002(P82) model is the most popular product in Konsport’s offer. Its attractiveness is influenced by a completely simple design, devoid of decorative elements. The economical design allows you to match the fence to any building without worrying about harmony with the environment. The advantage of modern metal fences is the variety of models, forms, decorations and styles. In the case of the P82 model, we are talking not only about a classic metal fence, but also about a whole family of visually diverse variants. The P82 fencing family has several variants based on the P82 construction. An interesting solution is the P82 (MIX) model, in which part of the filling known from the P82 has been replaced with lighter and narrower 40/x20/1.5 mm profiles. Narrower profiles are located in the upper part of the fence, giving the impression of a flow of form from a massive base to a lighter and slimmer one. The fence in this variant gives the impression of lightness despite the use of the same filling profiles in the lower and middle part as in the P82 model. This is a compromise solution for enthusiasts of repetitive forms and those who like delicate aesthetics and slight decorative accents.
In the P102 variant, the fill profiles are much wider than in the classic P82. A metal profile with a cross-section of 100/20/1.2 mm was used here instead of the 80/20/1.2 mm profile. This treatment made the P102 model more massive and heavier in perception. This effect can be further enhanced by choosing the P102 model in the so-called “zero clearance”. This option reduces the space between the infill profiles to zero, making this model a full, monolithic, metal fence wall.
Enthusiasts of not excessive decoration may be interested in the PINO/NOCE and COLORE models. It is the same construction as in the P82 model. The decorative filling distinguishes them from the original. In the PINO and NOCE models, 5 or 8 laminated profiles are used, resembling walnut wood (NOCE) or pine wood (PINO). The COLORE model allows you to use 2 completely different colors within one fence line. In the COLORE I variant, 5 filling profiles can have a completely different color than the rest of the structure. The COLORE II variant allows you to use up to 8 profiles in a different color.
Konsport fences undergo a series of tests, certifications and approvals. The production process of metal fences is confirmed by independent ISO 9001 auditors. Welding standards characterizing products of this type guarantee long-term durability of metal connections and welds. The obtained certificates confirm the durability of the products and resistance to weather conditions for many years. The process of welding and corrosion resistance of metal parts is related to the painting process. An independent research institute confirms the durability of paint coatings in terms of the thickness of the paint coating and primers used to protect critical structural elements. Cyclical tests of selected product samples and metal details are also carried out in special salt chambers. These tests confirm the durability of paint coatings against harmful weather conditions.
The construction on which the P82 family of fences is based consists of a solid frame of wickets, self-supporting and swing gates, made of a metal profile with a cross-section of 80/40/2 mm (100/40/2 in the case of the P102 model) mm and horizontal filling profiles ( For P82: 80/20/1.2mm / For P102 100/20/1.2mm). Maintaining a coherent fence line and a repeatable pattern in the spans, wicket and selected gate determines the aesthetics of this model. In contrast to forged fences, P82 is a completely simple, almost classic fencing structure without decorative elements.
The spacing between the infill profiles is 15 mm*, although there is a possibility of zero gap in the infill. All this makes the P82 a very popular solution, adequate to the requirements and tastes of many customers. The offer of the P82 and P102 models is a complete system of gates, wickets and spans as well as a compatible system of steel posts and foundation solutions. PP02(P82) is also available with a folding gate system in a single-leaf and double-leaf variant. The P82 and P102 models can be safely used for industrial facilities, because the maximum available width of a self-supporting or up-and-over door in this model is as much as 7500 mm. Constructions of self-supporting gates, the width of which exceeds 5800 mm, are made in the form of elements that require connection on site (long, bolted gates). Thanks to dividing the gate into smaller parts, it is possible to easily transport and install the gate with a width and weight significantly exceeding standard constructions of this type.

The P82 MIX model is a variation of the classic P82

This variation of the P82 model uses a more massive infill section.
The structure enriched with a 100/20 section gives the fence a heavy and solid impression. This model is produced with a standard spacing of sections (15 mm). Nevertheless, P102 looks equally interesting in the variant of a compact and tight structure without clearances between the sections**
