This is one of the most innovative proposals in the offer. The construction is based on galvanized sheet metal with a weight of 2 mm. Depending on the selected variant, it is possible to use an irregular pattern in the filling in the form of longitudinal cuts, 15 mm high each (characterized by the PB001 model). Another variant is the option in which the filling is a full, monolithic sheet (characterized by the PB003 model).
The modern fencing system, which is the PB001 model, is characterized by an innovative filling with a pattern burned using a precise fiber laser. The oblong holes, 15 mm high, have completely different lengths. A fiber laser burns a pattern line from top to bottom, with each pattern line being different from the previous one. Thanks to this, the effect of irregularity is obtained, which is the main distinguishing feature of PB001.
The irregularity of the pattern and the slight height of each of the holes makes the fence effectively restrict the view of the property. Clearances can be reduced to zero by selecting the PB003 variant. In this variant, the filling is made of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet without holes or other decorations. The completely simple and airtight design of the PB003 impresses with its simplicity and is appreciated by all those seeking maximum privacy.
The model is offered as a complete system of gates, wickets and spans. Also available in the form of the proprietary KNS folding gate system replacing the traditional up-and-over gate. Due to the technology of applying the pattern and cutting the sheet metal in the PB001/PB003 models, the maximum height of the span cannot exceed 1440 mm. However, it is possible to reverse the span so that the height can reach up to 2000 mm. In this scenario, the maximum span width is 1440 mm.
Konsport fences undergo a series of tests, certifications and approvals. The production process of metal fences is confirmed by independent ISO 9001 auditors. Welding standards characterizing products of this type guarantee long-term durability of metal connections and welds. The obtained certificates confirm the durability of the products and resistance to weather conditions for many years. The welding process and the corrosion resistance of metal parts are related to the painting process. An independent research institute confirms the durability of paint coatings in terms of the thickness of the paint coating and primers used to protect critical structural elements. Cyclical tests of selected product samples and metal details are also carried out in special salt chambers. These tests confirm the durability of paint coatings against harmful weather conditions.
Both in the PB001 and Pb003 models, a metal profile with a cross-section of 60/80/2 mm is used for the construction of gates and wickets, which is the frame of the structure. The entire structure of gates and wickets (with breaks for structural elements, such as a slotted profile) is filled with 2 mm thick galvanized sheet. In the Pb001 model, a pattern of elongated holes of constant height (15 mm) and changing width is applied to the infill sheet. In the PB003 model, there are no holes in the sheet metal or other ornaments and decorations.
The Pb001/PB003 swing gate can be replaced with the innovative Konsport folding gate system. Both PB001 and PB003 are compatible with the KNS folding gate system and allow for the construction of a single-leaf and double-leaf folding gate.
The PB001/PB003 fence is also used for industrial facilities. The maximum available width of a self-supporting or swing gates in this model is 7500 mm. The structures of self-supporting gates, the width of which exceeds 5800 mm, are made in the form of elements requiring connection on site (long, bolted gates ). Thanks to dividing the gate into smaller parts, it is possible to easily transport and install the gate with a width and weight significantly exceeding standard constructions of this type.

It enables you not to use guiding posts. The top guide can be attached either to the wall or to posts of the minimum diameter of 100x100mm. The alternative top guide is unavailable for the following models of palisade fences (PS001, PS002, PS003) and light palisades (PP001 N, W, C, CC, Verticale).
An accessory designed for light palisades from Konsport. It allows for attachment of the gate automation kits’ arms to the gate leaves. The construction ensures a variety of possibilities to adjust the bracket placement in order to achieve the most efficient work of the gate automation kits’ arms.
An additional solution that covers the clearance between the swing gate leaves. The massive construction of the plate covers the whole clearance, thus ensuring more privacy. In addition, it improves the visual appearance of the fence, especially in the case of the models of compact and closed construction.

Open the wicket and / or the gate with a mobile application (Android/iOS), select options with a digital code lock or a biometric lock. Also, do not forget about extras: an impressive laser-cut property number with a backlight, LED lamp and electric socket.
Have you got too little space to open a conventional swing gate? Choose a folding gate. It will be an ideal solution whenever there is not enough space between the entrance and the building, the driveway is too steep or there is a turn right behind the gate.
