In the category of Konsport shutter fences, there are 3 models: PS001/PS002/PS003. They are all based on the same 60/40/2 mm frame. They also have the same filling in the form of a rail made of 113 mm wide sheet metal, covered with aluzinc/galvanized anti-corrosion coating. The aesthetics of the shutter fence is evidenced by the original and unique shape of the rail developed by Konsport, which is a characteristic element of this fence.
Depending on the selected model, the spacing of the filling rails changes. The model with the largest clearance between the rails, PS001, has a spacing of 20-45 mm (the spacing depends on the width of the span). The distance between the rails is significant, which also increases the view of the property from the street. The PS002 model has a slightly more dense rail system with a standard spacing of 5 – 20 mm. The PS002 model is a compromise between the PS001 and PS003 models, which in terms of rail density are characterized by a spacing of 60 – 90 mm. However, the rails in the PS003 model are mounted on both sides, alternately, thanks to which the tightness of the entire structure is significant.
Each model of the Konsport shutter fence has the option of the so-called “arch“, i.e. the characteristic arrangement of the filling rails. The rails in this option are appropriately longer and their height increases regularly (each rail is correspondingly longer than the previous one), thanks to which it visually obtains the shape of an arc in the upper edge of the fence element. The arch effect is obtained for all elements of the fence line, i.e. the span, the wicket and the selected gate.
Konsport shutter fence models are used for industrial solutions, where the entrance opening of the gate is usually much larger than in the case of residential buildings. All models can reach a maximum width of 7500 mm for swing gates and self-supporting gates. In the case of the latter, it should be remembered that self-supporting gates wider than 5800 mm are manufactured in 2 parts and require prior assembly on site.

Due to the specific type of filling, Konsport rail fences are not compatible with the KNS folding gate system. A model with a slightly similar shape of the filling, with the option of KNS folding gates is PS004.
Konsport fences undergo a series of tests, certifications and approvals. The production process of metal fences is confirmed by independent ISO 9001 auditors. Welding standards characterizing products of this type guarantee long-term durability of metal connections and welds. The obtained certificates confirm the durability of the products and resistance to weather conditions for many years. The process of welding and corrosion resistance of metal parts is related to the painting process. An independent research institute confirms the durability of paint coatings in terms of the thickness of the paint coating and primers used to protect critical structural elements. Cyclical tests of selected product samples and metal details are also carried out in special salt chambers. These tests confirm the durability of paint coatings against harmful weather conditions.

It is only available together with the Konsport gate automation kit post. The solution facilitates installation of a self-supporting gate due to an integrated trolley perfectly selected as per the length of the gate.
