The PB155 fence stands out from other Konsport products with an interesting filling. Wide sheet metal cassettes (each 155 mm high) are separated from each other by small clearances (15 mm). In this way, the effect of an almost complete, monolithic surface was obtained.
The fence has a simple and modern form, thanks to which it will perfectly match the current architectural trends. The PB155 fence looks solid but light at the same time.
The offer includes as many as 35 standard heights for the PB155 span, ranging from 325 mm to 2135 mm in height.

The PB155 model was developed in response to the growing interest in fences with horizontal filling, in which the height of a single element is much higher than in similar models P82 or P102. Contrary to the P82 family of fences, sheet panels with a height of 155 mm are used for filling, each made of galvanized sheet with a weight of 1.2 mm.
Wide sheet metal panels are separated from each other by small clearances (15 mm/20 mm/25 mm). Depending on the selected clearance, the fence can take the shape of a more compact and monolithic sheet metal wall or a more open form that allows you to view the property.
The model is offered as a complete system of gates, wickets and spans. Also available in the form of the proprietary KNS folding gate system replacing the traditional up-and-over gate.
PB155 has a standardized height, taking into account the changing spacing. The customer receives a multitude of available heights for individual elements to be used both with steel posts and for assembly using the Konsport fencing block system, split blocks or other solutions of a similar nature.
Konsport fences undergo a series of tests, certifications and approvals. The production process of metal fences is confirmed by independent ISO 9001 auditors. Welding standards characterizing products of this type guarantee long-term durability of metal joints and welds. The obtained certificates confirm the durability of the products and resistance to weather conditions for many years. The welding process and the corrosion resistance of metal parts are related to the painting process. An independent research institute confirms the durability of paint coatings in terms of the thickness of the paint coating and primers used to protect critical structural elements. Cyclical tests of selected product samples and metal details are also carried out in special salt chambers. These tests confirm the durability of paint coatings against harmful weather conditions.
In the PB155 model, the construction of gates and wickets is based on a steel frame made of a metal profile with a cross-section of 60/80/2 mm. The spacing between the coffers filling the gates, wickets and bays is constant. The ordering party can choose from 3 available spacings of 15 mm / 20 mm / 25 mm corresponding to the corresponding standard heights provided for individual self-supporting gates, overhead gates, folding gates, wickets and spans.
The PB155 sheet metal panel fencing is also used for industrial facilities. The maximum available width of a self-supporting or up-and-over door in this model is as much as 7500 mm. Constructions of self-supporting gates, the width of which exceeds 5800 mm, are made in the form of elements that require connection on site (long, bolted gates). Thanks to dividing the gate into smaller parts, it is possible to easily transport and install the gate with a width and weight significantly exceeding standard constructions of this type.

Despite the use of a light filling based on metal cassettes, the PB155 model retains all the features of Konsport fences that allow the use of gate automation and complementary accessories such as EQ posts.
We have created a solid product at a reasonable price, which was achieved by “slimming down” the fence made of metal profiles with full filling for a coffer without a back wall. This in no way affects the durability of the product.
It enables you not to use guiding posts. The top guide can be attached either to the wall or to posts of the minimum diameter of 100x100mm. The alternative top guide is unavailable for the following models of palisade fences (PS001, PS002, PS003) and light palisades (PP001 N, W, C, CC, Verticale).
An accessory designed for light palisades from Konsport. It allows for attachment of the gate automation kits’ arms to the gate leaves. The construction ensures a variety of possibilities to adjust the bracket placement in order to achieve the most efficient work of the gate automation kits’ arms.
An additional solution that covers the clearance between the swing gate leaves. The massive construction of the plate covers the whole clearance, thus ensuring more privacy. In addition, it improves the visual appearance of the fence, especially in the case of the models of compact and closed construction.
There are 11 configuration options to make your daily routines easier. Open the wicket and / or the gate with a mobile application (Android/iOS), select options with a digital code lock or a biometric lock. Also, do not forget about extras: an impressive laser-cut property number with a backlight, LED lamp and electric socket.
Have you got too little space to open a conventional swing gate? Choose a folding gate. It will be an ideal solution whenever there is not enough space between the entrance and the building, the driveway is too steep or there is a turn right behind the gate.
