The PS004 shutter fence is one of the most popular products in Konsport’s offer. It belongs to the rail fence family, but its construction is radically different from the classic fences in this category. ALUZINC/OCYNK rails with a height of 113 mm were used for filling. Rails arranged horizontally give a very interesting effect. It is a model that finds supporters among those who value privacy. The tight arrangement of the rails effectively reduces the view of the property.
The model works perfectly in arrangements with the use of split stones or other solutions of a similar nature. The standard heights available in the offer, with a large span, allow the messages to be adapted to any arrangement using various underpinning systems. The fence is fully compatible with the Konsport fence block system. The model is also suitable for installation using classic steel posts. Also offered in the variant of single- and double-leaf folding gates, which makes it available for installation on narrow plots with a complicated terrain layout (bends, elevations on the property).
Konsport fences undergo a series of tests, certifications and approvals. The production process of metal fences is confirmed by independent ISO 9001 auditors. Welding standards characterizing products of this type guarantee long-term durability of metal connections and welds. The obtained certificates confirm the durability of the products and resistance to weather conditions for many years. The process of welding and corrosion resistance of metal parts is related to the painting process. An independent research institute confirms the durability of paint coatings in terms of the thickness of the paint coating and primers used to protect critical structural elements. Cyclical tests of selected product samples and metal details are also carried out in special salt chambers. These tests confirm the durability of paint coatings against harmful weather conditions.
The gates and wickets are structurally based on a frame made of a metal profile with a cross-section of 60/80/2 mm. Railings with a height of 113 mm each, arranged at a spacing of approximately 75 mm, are used for filling.
PS004 is also available with a folding gate system in a single-leaf and double-leaf variant.
The PS004 shutter fence can be safely used for industrial facilities because the maximum available width of a self-supporting or swing gate in this model is as much as 7500 mm. Constructions of self-supporting gates, the width of which exceeds 5800 mm, are made in the form of elements that require connection on site (long, bolted gates). Thanks to dividing the gate into smaller parts, it is possible to easily transport and install the gate with a width and weight significantly exceeding standard constructions of this type.

It enables you not to use guiding posts. The top guide can be attached either to the wall or to posts of the minimum diameter of 100x100mm. The alternative top guide is unavailable for the following models of palisade fences (PS001, PS002, PS003) and light palisades (PP001 N, W, C, CC, Verticale).
An additional solution that covers the clearance between the swing gate leaves. The massive construction of the plate covers the whole clearance, thus ensuring more privacy. In addition, it improves the visual appearance of the fence, especially in the case of the models of compact and closed construction.
